FNV-hue signature colour, last-message preview (getThreadLastMessage ring
accessor), time top-right, unread pill + @ below; compact chat mode keeps
the dense 34px contact-style rows (layout mode mixed into the rebuild sig)
- Per-channel avatar emoji: 'Chat icon' in the thread-settings sheet (tap =
emoji sheet in new pick mode, long-press = reset to letters); persisted in
a chmute-style keyed blob (touchPrefsGet/SetChannelEmoji, 24 x 48B)
- Fix: name/preview overlap (LONG_DOT labels need fixed one-line heights)
- Thread-sheet grid gap 6->4 so the 7th channel cell keeps one screen on T-Deck
