touchHasOtaUpdateSlot() checked only that a spare OTA partition exists
(esp_ota_get_next_update_partition != NULL). Under bmorcelli's Launcher a
spare slot exists but is smaller than our image, so the check passed, the
Install-update button showed, and Update.begin() failed "won't fit: Bad Size
Given" (reported by Keith/KM1USR on beta_24 under Launcher). Require the target
slot be at least as large as the running slot; the whole OTA block (Install /
previous-version / beta toggle, already gated on this) then hides on Launcher
installs, where updates go through the Launcher. The update-available notice
still shows.
