Web: pin HTTPS and redirect server tasks to core 0 at low priority
Set task_priority = tskIDLE_PRIORITY + 2 and core_id = 0 for both the HTTPS server and the HTTP-to-HTTPS redirect server. This keeps web serving off core 1, which handles radio and application logic, reducing interference with time-sensitive operations.
