Mesh health: a flood advert is rebroadcast by every repeater in range, so frequent floods add airtime for the whole network. Keep them infrequent (a day or more). Your neighbours still see you from zero-hop adverts and your message replies, so flood mainly when distant nodes need to rediscover you. Leave both Off to advertise only when you tap the buttons above.	Mesh-Gesundheit: ein Flood-Advert wird von jedem Repeater in Reichweite erneut gesendet, häufige Floods erhöhen also die Sendezeit für das ganze Netz. Halte sie selten (ein Tag oder mehr).
