chatHeaderApply now resets chat_back's translate_y, which updateGlobalStatusBar
skips in a chat, so a chat opened from a settings or app page no longer keeps
the half-bar upward shift. DEVICES.md and the site describe the hardware
testing, and the site counts 14 boards.
