CMD_SEND_CHANNEL_TXT_MSG called sendGroupMessage directly, so a post from the phone app on a scoped channel went out on the default scope. It now pushes the channel's scope for the send and pops it afterwards, as the on-device composer, web remote, terminal and Lua sends do. Touch builds only, where per-channel scopes are stored.
