Enable CAP_UI_SIZE and the font-only text-size presets (montserrat
12/14/16, 16/18/20, 18/20/24) for HAS_TDECK_PRO boards, compile the
18/20/24 px UI fonts for them, and size the status bar to match.
Docs list the T-Deck Pro and Max under Text size.
